I’m from Olympia, Washington, about an hour away from Seattle. I go to Washington State University, and my major is Strategic Communication. My first couple of impressions of Barcelona is that the city is gorgeous and you there is always something to do in the city. Barcelona has something for everyone. I’m also a big fan of the soccer team. I cant wait to see them play live for the first time. I think journalism is very important to the society that we live in. With journalism, we can share, discuss, and write about things that are important to us. I mostly get my news from Twitter, New York Times, and Washington Daily. The type of news I look for on Twitter is sports-related I follow all of my favorite teams on it and all of the sports I’m interested in. I think twitter is a great app to stay updated on many different games happening around the world. I get all of my information from Washington Daily and the New York Times, and I also like Sports Illustrated and read about sports articles or anything on my favorite athletes.
